The Bond-Studs are Back

Click here for larger image. Support wire bundles and fluid lines in your airplane without drilling holes through skin or structure. This 10-32 threaded stud is fitted with a flange that may be bonded to any surface suited to the adhesive used. We can also offer a 3.7 ounce tube of E6000 adhesive tested in our facilities for over 50# of shear strength at 160 degrees F when used to attach the stud to aluminum surface. Test this or any other adhesive with your particular application before you glue a bunch of these things to your airplane. Mechanically Dimmed Annunciator Lamp Fixture

Click here for larger image. This fixture has roots all the way back to WWII. Distant cousins to this device were about twice this size and used bayonet base bulbs. This miniature fixture is .63" diameter and protrudes approx .6" off the panel. It mounts in a 15/32" hole (just like toggle switches). Useful in situations where you don't want/need an array of annunciators and want to dim the lamp and have built-in press to test. These were rescued from a pile of dirty parts, cleaned up and tested. These use the midget flanged lamps (#330 for 14v, #327 for 28v). Sorry, I have only one color - Blue. These sell for 20-25 dollars when you can find them. Blue Dimmable Lamp Fixture . . ($10.00/ea)
